Siquijor Hotels: 7 Best Boutique Resorts & Tips (2026)
Siquijor in the Philippines. A lovely vibe & still very quiet when we first met. Compared to Siargao there are also a lot fewer Siquijor hotels and resorts. We found a few beautiful gems online to stay in. According to our travel blog Let Us Stay For A Day these are the most beautiful places to stay in the nicest spots, so these are the Siquijor hotels we recommend.
At first we had booked a hotel for a few days in San Juan on Siquijor. In our opinion this is also the perfect base and place to discover the island. Our first nights were at Aloha Seaside Resort. During our stay $46 per night. A small hotel with a pool & a few steps from the ocean. Renting a scooter on this island is recommended. There is also always a tricycle with a driver in front of the hotel. Siquijor isn’t too big, so actually no single location is really that bad to stay. These are our 7 favorite Siquijor hotels for the island.
After a few nights at Aloha Seaside Resort we decided to claim a casita a bit further along. A slightly more expensive hotel right on the coast. Staying at U Story Resort is extra enjoyable. What luxury & a beautiful pool with a view of the sea. Lovely lunches! Book in time, because these hotels were only available for a few days during our trip. That’s why we had to move.
SIQUIJOR HOTELS AROUND $80 PER NIGHT
We usually don’t mention amounts on our travel blog. Prices can differ enormously between high and low season. The cost of a night is also usually lower if you book a hotel room well in advance. We’re usually stubborn & don’t want to plan too much. Because of our last-minute bookings we usually paid more. Maybe booking early is smarter, especially because at many hotels you can still change or cancel free of charge until a few days before arrival. We also prefer to book directly via the hotel’s own website. Below are a few hotels that were on our wish list, but unfortunately weren’t available. A clear case of too late…
SPECIAL PLACES TO STAY ON SIQUIJOR
In about the same price range as above, the two accommodations below. Both are resorts in the San Juan area. Lovely huts on Siquijor. Now let’s hope they’re still available ;-).
